Thank you for visiting Meg's Monograms and More! Below are my store policies. Please feel free to email me at if you have any questions.


Your order will ship within 2 weeks on all in stock merchandise. Custom bottoms take 2-3 weeks to complete. Unless requested, your order will not ship until all things are completed. Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for shipping. I strive to get orders shipped ASAP but during busy seasons, it may take the full 2 weeks before your order ships. If you are needing your order by a certain date, please notify me! I can add a RUSH fee if you need the item shipped within 2-3 days. Again, allow time for shipping once it leaves my shop. 



Meg's Monograms and More accepts payment via credit or debit card through our PayPal processor (which does not require a PayPal account).

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal. When you arrive at the PayPal screen, scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Please email me at if you are having problems paying at checkout and I will try to determine the problem. You do need to have cookies turned on to complete the purchase!



Orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail or Priority Mail, depending on the size of the order and how many items are being shipped. All orders come with delivery confrimation and tracking numbers. The shipping cost is calculated by weight and starts at $3.50. Most items in my store will ship for $3.50-6.00 The more you order, the more it will weigh so the maximum shipping charge is set at $12.50. All orders over $125 ship FREE! If you ever feel that the shipping charge is inaccurate, please email me at so that I can resolve the issue. I do not charge more than it cost me for shipping AND supplies. 

I will always ship to the shipping address you enter when you order and that is associated with your PayPal address! Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address when prompted.


Due to the custom nature of my products, I can not offer refunds or exchanges unless the error was on my part (I spelled the name wrong, sent the wrong size shirt, etc.) If there is an error with your order, you must contact me within 3 days of you receiving the order. I will not be responsible for damage to an item that results from normal wear or tear, improper handling, or from improper caring of the item. Please read the "How to care for and wash embroidered clothing" under QUESTIONS link. I will also not be responsible for replacing shirts when the wrong size was ordered. I have provided size charts for all clothing items so that you can order the correct size. When in doubt in regards to a child's size, I suggest always going with the larger one.
